HouseCanary is thrilled to announce the launch of its New York office with the hire of senior client director, Mark Washburn. Washburn joins HouseCanary from Morgan Stanley, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company’s home mortgage division. Previously, he held senior positions at Credit Suisse, UBS, and ADP.
“We knew that we would eventually need to build a client-facing presence in New York,” said Mike Greene, VP of Sales at HouseCanary. “The confluence of rapidly accelerating growth within the financial services sector and the rare chance to work with someone of Mark’s caliber made this a uniquely opportune time to do so.”
Why HouseCanary? “This role was a good fit for the technology work I’ve done in the past, and I also have an understanding of mortgage loan origination and servicing,” Washburn explained. He’ll be creating awareness of HouseCanary and increasing adoption of HouseCanary tools and products as “the de-facto standard for residential real estate analytics,” he said.
