This program is completely free for listing agents. Your listings get premium placement on Google at no charge.
For your listings to appear on Google, your MLS needs to participate in the program. By filling out this form, you're expressing your interest directly — and when we bring your MLS a list of agents who have already opted in, it gives them a clear reason to participate.

If you'd rather not wait for your local MLS, MyState MLS is a nationwide MLS that already participates in the HouseCanary & Google pilot. Sign up and any approved active listings become eligible for Google Search placement with agent attribution. This program is currently in a pilot phase. Participation is subject to your MLS's agreement with HouseCanary and Google. Listing data is distributed in accordance with MLS rules and regulations. Availability varies by market. Google does not retain listing data for use in AI/LLM products or other Google services beyond the agreed placement.
