SAN FRANCISCO, November 4, 2026 – HouseCanary, provider of a best-in-class property intelligence and valuation platform to financial institutions and real estate professionals, today announced that three brokerages have joined the Google Listings Program: REMAX Advantage, home of The Ashton Real Estate Group and The Sandoval Team; Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group; and ENRG Realty. Under the agreements, active listings from the more than 1,000 agents at these brokerages are now available for display in Google mobile search in live markets.
When consumers search for homes on Google mobile in a live market, listings from these brokerages will be among those that appear in a carousel at the top of the results. Each listing shows basic property details and listing brokerage attribution, and consumers can tap through to a detail page with more information about the home, the listing agent’s name and a click-to-contact button.
“We definitely like to be on the cutting edge and are recognized as early adopters of ways to maximize the exposure of our clients’ listings to help generate more opportunities for our agents,” said Gary Ashton, founder of The Ashton Real Estate Group, the largest REMAX team in the world by transaction sides and sales volume, according to REMAX.
“We are incredibly honored and excited to have been selected as one of the first companies nationwide to participate in the Google Listings Program,” said Debra Beagle, CEO of REMAX Advantage. “Innovation has always been a driving force behind our success, and we believe the future of real estate will be shaped by those willing to embrace new technology and new ways of connecting consumers with the best agents.”
“Google has spent decades leading as the first place consumers turn to for search,” said Casey Bryan, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, which has over 700 agents who do approximately $1.4 billion in annual sales in greater Tampa Bay and central Florida. “Having our listings there, in a dominant spot, just makes sense.”
“Our job is to help agents get their listings in front of more buyers and give them every opportunity to grow their business,” said Peter Nobel, founder and CEO of ENRG Realty, which has nearly 300 agents in 14 states. “Buyers are already searching on Google, so it makes sense for our agents’ listings to be there, too.”
“Brokerages like these reveal a commitment to gaining an edge by ensuring their listings get viewed by as many buyers as possible,” said Chris Rediger, CEO of HouseCanary. “We’re glad to welcome these three, and look forward to many more.”
Launched in early 2026 and expanding to all eligible US markets this fall, the Google Listings Program is powered by HouseCanary, which establishes agreements with MLSs to feed their brokerage members’ listings to Google. Participating MLSs include ARMLS, Bright MLS, California Regional MLS, IRES MLS, My State MLS, Permian Basin Board of Realtors, REcolorado and San Diego MLS.
HouseCanary also works directly with brokerages, such as the three announced today, to bring their listings into the program via a participating MLS. Brokerages that want their listings to appear in the program can join a participating MLS or encourage their local MLS to take part.
