In Q2 2024, we continued to invest in solutions that emphasize our main areas of expertise: providing high-quality, accurate analytics and valuations; leveraging artificial intelligence across our product suite; and creating easy-to-use, highly scalable products The enhancements we completed this quarter reflect our commitment to delivering superior tools and insights that allow our clients to quickly and accurately solve their most important problems in the real estate space.

One of our most exciting releases of the quarter was related to our new Value by Image endpoint. HouseCanary has been utilizing computer vision / image recognition within our product suite for several years in order to help generate accurate valuations and conditions for individual properties. We made this same patented, AI-driven valuation process available externally to our clients with their own images. Simply upload a set of images and a property address and we will respond with an accurate valuation and condition of the property in seconds. We’re really excited about democratizing access to one of our most advanced models that was previously only used internally within our product suite.
We also did a full upgrade and redesign of our Order Manager application, enhancing the user experience to provide a smoother and more intuitive experience for our clients. This has resulted in a faster, more efficient process to order valuation reports. In addition, we made some improvements to our Order Manager API, allowing clients to indicate more specific thresholds when they are ordering Agile Insights, our automated valuation report.
We’ve also continued to invest in our core product suite, improving the functionality and overall user experience across all of our products.
While technically occurring at the beginning of Q3 in July, I would be remiss not to mention one of the most exciting product launches that we’ve had here at HouseCanary. We recently had the beta launch of CanaryAI, our GenAI-powered real estate assistant. CanaryAI makes it easier than ever to access HouseCanary’s industry-leading data and analytics. We’ve opened up access to our data through an easy-to-use interface, allowing clients to simply ask questions related to individual properties or the real estate market in general, and we will utilize our vast dataset to answer questions accurately and quickly.
