Role Overview:

We're looking for a talented Arizona broker or broker associate to serve as HouseCanary’s Resident Broker in Arizona. HouseCanary is a 50 state Real Estate Brokerage that primarily focuses on Real Estate Data and Analytics for a variety of clients including institutional investors, mortgage lenders, hard money lenders, etc. If you’re a broker or broker associate that resides in Arizona, we’d love to have you join our team! This position is a contract position.

What You’ll Do:

• The contractor shall provide resident broker services to HouseCanary, Inc. for the state of Arizona. This includes any and all requirements and responsibilities for resident broker/office manager listed by the Arizona Department of Real Estate and any state statutes related to the resident broker/office manager.
• The contractor’s Arizona Real Estate license will remain hung under HouseCanary’s broker in charge.
• The contractor may perform licensed real estate activity under the supervision of HouseCanary’s broker in charge and maintain records and professional conduct to the specifications of the Arizona Department of Real Estate’s statutes and regulations as well as the official HouseCanary, Inc policy and procedures manual.

What You’ll Bring:

• An active Arizona broker or broker associate level real estate license in current good standing.
• A working knowledge of Arizona real estate license law and procedures.
• A willingness to assist HouseCanary’s broker of record and brokerage support staff with occasional compliance tasks.

Bonus Skills:

• 3-5 years of Arizona real estate experience preferred (especially if you’ll be doing deals during your time at HouseCanary!)

Compensation:

This independent contractor opportunity offers multiple income streams: $1,000/month consulting fee for resident broker responsibilities, plus a market-leading 90/10 commission split on personal production. Existing clients may be excluded from the brokerage split, allowing contractors to retain 100% of commissions on qualifying pre-existing business. Additional earning opportunities available through licensed real estate services and special assignments.
