About the role:

We're seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to help us innovate, optimize, and scale HouseCanary’s core products that our clients use everyday.  In this role you will have ownership over some of our core products that cater to institutions and prosumers alike.  If you have a passion for driving real, tangible change for our customers (internal and external), then we would love to talk to you.  

What you'll do:

• Partner with an Engineering Manager to optimize and innovate across the HouseCanary Solutions product suite
• Create a clear product strategy based on deep understanding of our customers’ needs and our company objectives
• Synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new product insights and ideas
• Tactically drive prioritization on a sprint-to-sprint basis while also strategically contributing to long-term product strategy
• Partner closely cross-functionally to create delightful, valuable experiences for our customers
• Work with both AI and non-AI based products to help solve meaningful customer problems

What you have:

• 4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager with experience working in a lean / agile organization
• A data-driven approach to Product Management
• A track record of creating best-of-breed products for a wide range of customers
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves to help achieve team goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic technical knowledge in order to work effectively with a team of world-class engineers
• Ability to analyze data in various formats (SQL, spreadsheets, etc.)
• A constant passion for learning new skills and teaching others
• Proven problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of AI-based workflows and products

Bonus Skills:

• Experience at early-stage or mid-stage startups
• Working experience in proptech or fintech
• Building for both Enterprise clients and “prosumer” clients

Compensation and benefits are extremely market competitive. We are fully remote in the US, so we all work from the comfort of our own homes across the US. The base salary range is $140,000-$180,000 DOE and location. This position is also eligible for equity and a discretionary bonus. As for benefits, we pay 100% of the healthcare premiums for our employees AND their dependents, unaccrued paid time off, and we offer a very robust benefits package!
