About the role:

Develop machine learning technology for real estate data analytics company.

What you'll do:

• Building, scaling and pipelining models and analytics
• Collaborate with talented data scientists to research, optimize, scale and deploy to production predictive models
• Create new features leveraging text mining, computer vision and geospatial techniques for every single-family residential property in the United States
• Develop performant and reliable distributed services to integrate core research outputs into products across the company
• Design elegant and efficient solutions that handle and expose large datasets and complex model frameworks
• Architect fault tolerant pipelines to cleanse, standardize, and process data
• Conduct Computer Vision and Generative AI research focusing on applications within the real estate market
• Develop enhanced real estate scene classification models utilizing Gen AI-imputed training data
• Identification of real vs AI-generated imagery

What you have:

Education Requirements:  M.S. Degree in Computer Science and some academic coursework in Machine Learning and Convolutional Neural Networks

One year of experience as a Software Engineer and one year of experience in:

• Programming languages: Python, R, PyTorch, SQL, QGIS
• Geospatial Data Analysis for Real Estate
• MLOps on AWS
• Statistical Modeling for ML model performance
• Data visualization & BI tools to communicate ML insights
  

Compensation and benefits are extremely market competitive. We are fully remote in the US, so we all work from the comfort of our own homes across the US. The base salary range is $141,000-$150,000. This position is also eligible for equity and a discretionary bonus. As for benefits, we pay 100% of the healthcare premiums for our employees AND their dependents, unaccrued paid time off, and we offer a very robust benefits package!
