Why is this called an "Agile" Appraisal™?
We are fast and flexible. We embrace the concepts of evolutionary development & continuous improvement and are bringing them to the world of real estate valuations.
When can I use it?
There are many use cases but the primary ones are for portfolio valuation applications for capital markets, non-conforming originations, HELOCs, and mortgage originations under $250k.
Why is this better than a BPO?
The inspection is done by a certified home inspector, the valuation report is completed by a licensed appraiser and is supported by the industry’s most accurate AVM, and the cost is competitive.
How does this compare to an Evaluation Report?
It includes everything in an Evaluation Report, plus a set of comparative HouseCanary analytics, AND it is compiled and signed by a licensed Appraiser.
Evaluation report contents:
  • Identify property location, current and projected use, and property's market value (current condition)
  • Method(s) used to determine property’s condition and extent to which an inspection was performed
  • Description of analysis and supporting documents used
  • Describe the supplemental information that was considered when using an analytical method or technological tool
  • Indicate all source(s) used (data sources, property inspection, photos, description of the neighborhood, local market conditions)
How long will it take for me to get my reports?
The full process can take as few as five business days. If you don’t need an inspection, we can get it to you in as few as two business days.

How do I submit a revision request?
